The first summer transfer window in the Northern Super League matters—teams have clear gaps, and a lot of top players weren’t available until now. It’s the first real chance to build out their rosters and shift the balance across the league.

Teams have now played between 7-9 games (just about a third of the season) and there’s not a lot separating the teams. Other than Halifax, teams ranked 2-5 are within 4 points of top spot.
